Extrusion and converting under one roof.
Extrusion
On more than 20 extrusion lines we produce films made of 100% polyethylene, with up to three layers, for a wide range of applications and customer groups.
The recycled content of the newly produced film can be up to 100% and is set individually according to customer specifications.
The films produced can in turn be 100% recycled, and the resulting recyclate can then be used again in production.
Plastic waste arising during production is collected, 100% recycled and returned to production.
Converting
The films produced are further processed into a wide variety of articles on more than 20 additional converting machines – for example by cutting to length, rewinding, folding, punching, needling, sealing and perforating.
Applications range from high-strength transport packaging for industry and the skilled trades to protective covering films for various uses, such as painting and renovation work. We also manufacture films for the garden sector, such as tomato hoods and leaf sacks.
Quality assurance
Key production parameters, such as the dimensions and thickness of the film, are automatically recorded, checked and controlled during production.
Further film properties – such as the degree of colouring, the tensile strength and elongation values as well as heat-seal properties and surface finish – are determined and monitored in our laboratory using calibrated and certified test equipment.
Certifications
We are certified to the management systems for quality (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015), the environment (DIN EN ISO 14001:2015) and energy (DIN EN ISO 50001:2018).
