50 years of EBK – growing together

For 50 years we have stood for quality, reliability and a partnership-based approach.

The full story

For 50 years now, we have proven ourselves a reliable and respected partner for our customers and suppliers. Having started out as a purely converting business in Cologne, we now produce films and film products at three sites for almost every industrial sector and customer group.

As a family-run company, we respond flexibly to our customers' enquiries and requirements; consistently high quality, short delivery times, competitive prices and comprehensive advice have always been central to our company policy.

We attach great importance to every one of our products being 100% recyclable; the recycled content of our films is based on our customers' specifications and can be up to 100%. Our products therefore already meet the recyclability requirements for packaging that become mandatory under EU law from 2030.

In addition, we operate certified management systems for quality (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015) and the environment (DIN EN ISO 14001:2015). The aim is to continuously and sustainably reduce the consumption of energy, heat and water.

Without our employees, this positive development would not be possible; our thanks therefore go to everyone who, over the past 50 years, has helped and continues to help through their commitment and dedication to keep moving the company forward.
